Reaching out for information and support

Those living with overactive bladder (OAB) should know they are not alone. The following organizations are building awareness of OAB and advocating for patients and care partners, helping to guide them through their journey. These groups provide information, OAB management tips, and other practical resources.

Urology Care Foundation

The official foundation of the American Urological Association, this site provides information about urology, healthy living, current research, and humanitarian initiatives. Patient education is available in nine languages.

National Association for Continence

A national nonprofit organization that is a source for public education and advocacy about the causes, prevention, diagnosis, treatments, and management alternatives for incontinence.

The Simon Foundation for Continence

This nonprofit works to reduce the stigma surrounding incontinence to empower people to seek help, and provides online resources, education materials, several subject-focused websites, an online support group, and direct contact with individuals seeking advice and information.
